Townsville Short Stayz and Holiday Property Management was born from listing our own properties on various online booking agencies as we became more aware of the returns from short stay properties. With the assistance and guidance from an industry professional who has worked with major accommodation groups like Accor, Hilton and Best Western we embarked on this journey.
Our own returns increased by 50% and some months by 100%. Even with the impacts of Covid we experienced much higher returns than we’d anticipated.

We will keep you updated on your properties performance with monthly reporting and we will make payments directly to your account each month. You have the flexibility to offer your property for as long or as little as you like, and even the flexibility to use the property yourself when you like.

At Short Stayz Townsville, we have done away with the tired old formula of getting paid the month after the property has been let. You often find the property didn’t generate much income and the costs just keep going up.
Our model is a proven performer with investors.
Short Stayz will pay you an agreed amount on the first of each month, for that month. That’s right, an agreed amount paid in advance for that month.
Plus, when sales generated exceed a target, you will receive further funds.
Short Stayz covers the costs of cleaning, marketing, consumables, and laundry.
